This tastefully appointed Villa is suitable for Large family and friends. Occupancy Limit - 16 adults, 4 children, and infants for a total of 20 plus infants.  Furnished with elegant taste, the rooms are endowed with every comfort.  Air-condition, WI-FI internet, 40" flat screen Smart TV and security safe

Ground Floor

Large downstairs hall / lounge area with doors leading to Deluxe King bedroom ensuite, two Executive Queen ensuite bedroom, Kitchen / dining area, Private Sun Patio / Pool.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, extensive cupboards and quartz countertop. There is a dining table and chairs capable of seating eight people.  Sliding doors lead from the kitchen onto the pool deck to another dining area under the Pergola seating six persons

There is also a utility room housing a washing machine and dryer.

First Floor

A curved staircase leads from downstairs hallway to the galleried landing.  The first floor contains five bedrooms, lounge area and gym room. Three Standard Queen ensuite bedroom overlook the rear swimming pool and deck and two overlook the front of the villa with sliding doors to a patio.

Outside

The Villa is approached through a gated entrance in the stone wall at the front of the grounds where you are greeted by the sound of a water feature. There is parking space for around four cars.

To the rear of the Villa is the private pool, outdoor stainless steel  kitchen equipped with BBQ grill, griddle, sink and bar.  There are lights around the lounge deck with 10 sun loungers with cushions and small tables, a Gazebo with outdoor seating for eight, bar seating for six and plenty of chairs and sun umbrellas.  You also have washrooms and outdoor shower.
